Thanksgiving

I spent Thanksgiving at my brother Neil's home. Marcey came up with me and we spent the day eating and relaxing. Instead of having turkey we made Cornish Game Hens. They were quite tasty. We experiemented a little bit with the recipe and discovered that if you add sparkling cider to the cooking bag that it gives a tender apple taste:)
